一、我们处理哪些信息

「魔法笔记本」是一本会回信的手写笔记本。在家长同意开启"云端 AI 回信"后：

• 孩子停笔约 2 秒后，纸页上的手写内容会以图片形式发送给第三方 AI 服务——阿里云"通义千问"（DashScope，模型 qwen3-vl-plus），仅用于辨认文字并生成小精灵"墨墨"的回信；
• 请求会附带最近约 10 轮的对话文本，让回信更连贯；
• 除此之外，我们不收集任何信息：无账号、无广告、无追踪、无内购、不采集设备标识。

二、第三方处理与数据出境

手写图片与对话文本由阿里云（Alibaba Cloud）在其位于中国大陆的服务器上处理。依据阿里云百炼（Model Studio）服务条款，API 数据不用于训练其模型。详见阿里云百炼文档及其隐私政策。

三、儿童个人信息保护

本应用适合家庭亲子使用。云端 AI 回信须由家长通过"家长门"完成授权后才会开启；授权前不发送任何数据。AI 已被明确约束：不询问、不重复孩子的姓名、住址、学校等个人信息。我们建议家长陪同孩子使用，并提醒孩子不要在纸页上书写个人信息。

四、本地模式与撤回同意

您可以随时选择"仅本地模式"：墨墨只做简单的本地回应，不发送任何数据。在应用内"家长专区"（纸页右下角，需通过家长门）可随时开关云端回信、清除全部对话记忆。卸载应用即删除本机全部数据。

五、数据存储

对话记忆（最近约 10 轮的文字记录）仅保存在您的设备本地，不上传到我们的服务器——我们没有自己的服务器。

六、AI 生成内容标识

墨墨的回信由人工智能生成，应用内已作"回信由 AI 生成"标识。请家长知悉 AI 生成内容可能存在偏差。

MagicBook Privacy Policy (English)

1. What we process

MagicBook is a handwriting notebook that writes back. Only after a parent grants consent behind a parental gate:

• When your child stops writing for about 2 seconds, the handwriting is sent as an image to a third-party AI service — Alibaba Cloud Qwen (DashScope, model qwen3-vl-plus) — solely to recognize the writing and generate the sprite's reply;
• Recent conversation context (about 10 turns of text) is included so replies stay coherent;
• We collect nothing else: no accounts, no ads, no tracking, no in-app purchases, no device identifiers.

2. Third-party processing

Images and conversation text are processed by Alibaba Cloud on servers located in mainland China. Per Alibaba Cloud Model Studio terms, API data is not used for model training.

3. Children's privacy

Cloud AI replies are off until a parent passes the parental gate and grants consent; nothing is sent before that. The AI is explicitly instructed never to ask for or repeat a child's name, address, school, or other personal information. We recommend parents accompany their children.

4. Local Mode and withdrawing consent

You may choose Local Mode at any time: the sprite gives simple on-device replies and nothing is sent. In the Parents Area (bottom-right corner, behind the parental gate) you can toggle cloud replies, erase all conversation memory, or contact us. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data.

5. Storage

Conversation memory (about 10 turns of text) is stored only on your device. We operate no servers of our own.

6. AI-generated content

The sprite's replies are AI-generated and labeled as such in the app.
